Our felted flat roof was in an awful condition when we moved in and badly in need of attention. Martin and his lads came and installed a new roof in the latest waterproofing material. They made a lovely job of it and took great care over the finishing touches. Bad weather caused a small delay with the lads getting started, but martin communicated with me regularly after reviewing the next day’s weather forecast, so we knew when to expect them to arrive and get started. All the debris when the lads finished was cleared away and the drive left clean. I would certainly recommend tradeall roofing for anyone needing a new flat roof and I found their pricing to be competitive.

His work is of a high standard, he was great at working around us, he was plastering most of the walls in a small terrace house with 3 of us living there, nothing was too much trouble. Martin visited to give us an estimate and was very informative. Our Fascias, soffits, gutters and down pipes were replaced within weeks and taking only one day to do by a good team of men who worked hard in very hot weather and they tidied and cleaned up after. Martin was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The price was very reasonable, matching & reducing the price we got from another contractor. He was able to complete his works within a two day period as he mentioned at the start on the works. His knowledge and how to best work around the existing was very impressive. He communicated all his thoughts and ideas to reduce the price and also throughout the work. There was no unexpected additional cost that arose, which just go to show how well he knows his work and how to tackle the job. I would highly recommend martin, and would be happy to use him again in future if we need similar work doing. We had to raise the loft deck to suit the required insulation as we preferred a mineral wool insulation which inherently has a good fire rating. As a result of the works the house is much warmer and we have seen a noticeable change in our heating bills.

Had my main roof and bay roof replaced along with new fascia’s and guttering. I am very pleased with the work carried out. We had a whole new roof completed by Martin at tradeall Roofing. We Was contacted on day of enquiry, site visited next day to assess work involved. Detailed quote given and agreed later that day and timetable agreed. Work completed on a later than planned date but that was all due to weather issues Overall we are Very satisfied & will be having them back to do work on our flat garage roof in due course!
